• Account information, such as your name, email address, user ID, and authentication details.
• Lesson plan information you enter or generate, such as subject, class level, topic, syllabus details, lesson objectives, activities, notes, saved plans, and exported files.
• Feedback you choose to submit, including ratings and comments about generated lesson plans.
• Purchase and credit information needed to verify in-app purchases, credit balances, and transaction history.
• Technical information such as app version, device type, diagnostics, and service logs used to keep the app secure and reliable.

3. How We Use Information

We use collected information to:

• Create and manage your account.
• Generate, save, export, and display lesson plans.
• Process credits, verify purchases, and prevent payment abuse.

4. AI Processing

Lesson plan inputs may be processed by cloud-based AI and backend services to generate lesson plans and PDF exports. You should not enter sensitive personal information about students, parents, staff, or other individuals unless it is necessary for your own lawful use of the app.

Generated content may be stored with your account when you save a lesson plan. Feedback and ratings may be reviewed to improve the quality and reliability of future generated lesson plans.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited information with trusted service providers only when needed to run the app, including:

• Cloud hosting, database, authentication, storage, and backend infrastructure providers.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide the app, maintain your account, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and prevent abuse. Saved lesson plans remain available until you delete them or request account deletion, subject to backup and legal retention limits.

You may request account deletion from the Learnade website using the delete account page. Account deletion may remove or anonymize your account data, saved lesson plans, purchase records, and feedback where we are not required to retain them.

7. Security

We use Firebase, Google Cloud services, access controls, and other technical safeguards to help protect user information. No online service can guarantee absolute security, but we work to keep the app and its data protected from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration.

8. Children's Privacy

The app is intended for teachers and educational professionals, not for children. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. Teachers should avoid entering student personal data into lesson plan prompts or notes.

9. Your Choices and Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing of your personal information. You can also choose not to submit optional feedback or ratings.

If you request deletion, some records may be retained where necessary for security, fraud prevention, tax, payment, dispute resolution, or legal compliance.

10. International Processing

Your information may be processed and stored in countries other than the country where you live. Where this happens, we use reasonable safeguards required for the services that support the app.
