1. Scope

This policy applies to the Lesson Planner mobile app and the cloud services that support its lesson-plan generation, account, storage, feedback, and purchase features.

2. Information We Collect

We collect only the information needed to provide and improve Lesson Planner, including:

• Account information: your name, email address, user ID, and authentication details.
• Lesson-plan information: the subject, class level, topic, syllabus details, objectives, activities, notes, saved plans, and exported files you choose to enter, generate, save, or export.
• Feedback: ratings, comments, and other feedback you choose to submit about generated lesson plans.
• Purchase information:purchase status, credits, transaction references, and entitlement information needed to verify in-app purchases and prevent payment abuse. Payment card details are processed by the applicable app store or payment provider and are not stored by Yu'dev.
• Technical information: app version, device type, diagnostics, crash reports, security events, and service logs used to keep the app secure and reliable.

3. How We Use Information

We use collected information to:

• Create, authenticate, secure, and manage your account.
• Generate, save, export, and display lesson plans at your request.
• Process credits, verify purchases, and prevent fraud or payment abuse.
• Provide support, troubleshoot issues, and improve app quality and reliability.
• Protect Lesson Planner, our users, and our services from misuse or unauthorized access.
• Review feedback to improve lesson-plan generation quality.

4. AI Processing

Lesson-plan inputs may be processed by cloud-based AI and backend services to generate lesson plans and PDF exports. Do not enter sensitive personal information about students, parents, staff, or other individuals unless it is necessary and you have a lawful reason to provide it.

Generated content may be stored with your account when you save a lesson plan. Feedback and ratings may be reviewed to improve the quality and reliability of future generated lesson plans.

5. When We Share Information

We do not sell personal information. We share limited information with trusted service providers only when needed to operate Lesson Planner, including:

• Cloud hosting, database, authentication, storage, and backend infrastructure providers.
• AI service providers used to generate lesson-plan content.
• Google Play, Apple, or other payment providers used to verify purchases.
• Legal, safety, or compliance authorities when required by law or necessary to protect users.

Service providers may process information only to provide the services described above and under their applicable terms and data-protection commitments.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain information only for as long as needed to provide and secure the app, maintain your account, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and prevent abuse. Saved lesson plans remain available until you delete them or request account deletion, subject to backup and legal retention limits.

You can request account deletion through the account settings or support channel available in Lesson Planner. Deletion may remove or anonymize your account data, saved lesson plans, purchase records, and feedback, except where retention is required for security, fraud prevention, tax, payment, dispute-resolution, or legal-compliance purposes.

7. Security

We use access controls, Firebase, Google Cloud services, and other technical safeguards to help protect user information. No online service can guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration.

8. Children's Privacy

Lesson Planner is intended for teachers and educational professionals, not for children. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. Teachers should avoid entering student personal data into lesson-plan prompts or notes.

9. Your Choices and Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing of your personal information. You may also choose not to submit optional feedback or ratings.

10. International Processing

Your information may be processed and stored in countries other than the country where you live. Where this happens, we use reasonable safeguards required for the services that support the app.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as Lesson Planner changes or as legal requirements evolve. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date on this page.
